Fantastic mechanic work, great range, and most importantly a solid staff of passionate cyclists who I end up riding with all the time.

Great shop. I want to San Dimas location. I started going to them back in 1993, when they were a small shop in another part of that shopping center. I generally, visit the Chino location. Had my Specialized built there, and used to have my Felt services there. I still buy my accessories there. Purchased my CAAD at the Rancho Cucamonga store, and always like to visit the Pasadena location when I'm up there. Bought my Specialized Turbo Pro tires there too. Used to go to the now closed OC location, since it's near my job. Purchased four kits there. I know, I bounce around, but I ride a lot and glad to know there's an Incycle in most of the areas I frequent. Good customer service no matter when I go... even if it's just browsing.
