Great service from start to finish. Explained every step along the way and why it was important. After a season on the boots they not fit perfect. I hope the boots never wear out but when they do I will be going back to them.

If you are in or anywhere near the Salt Lake area you must go to Inkline. I do not live in Salt Lake or even in Utah, but I make the drive down to Inkline when I need anything to do with ski boots. The drive and gas money is always worth it. Chris is quite simply the best at what he does and is amazing to work with. He really cares about your feet and wants you to be happy on the hill! It might take a little extra time and money, but it is well worth it.

Chris (OC) O'Connor is a man of great passion in everything he does...! I am fortunate to have experienced his passion for boot fitting many years ago and that has resulted in many a fine powder day for me. My advice - make a visit to Incline Foot Science at 3300 South to get dialed in and enhance your Wasatch ski experience..!

Though they sell boots and my wife was prepared to buy new ones, Chris said that hers were fine and he could fix them and remove the discomfort she had. He did a terrific job with that as well as great job installing foot warmers that have made her skiing so much more pleasurable!

Good old fashioned honesty!
They could have sold new boots to my wife, but rather said that was an unnecessary expense and that her shells were fine. Instead they did a fabulous job of custom fitting the inside and installing heaters. She’s never enjoyed skiing more!

I spent 2-3 hours with the owner. I've skied for 20 years and bought many pairs of boots from alpine to AT to race. I can say this is the best boot fitter I've ever been to.

It sounds like he has tried at various points to scale the business by hiring other people, and that didn't really work. This is an artisan type business. And you should go see the artist.

Freaking rockstars!! Plan on booking your fitting at least 3 weeks in advance and it'll take a couple hours depending when you go, but sooo worth the wait! Thanks Chris and Mandy for making this an awesome experience and increasing our love for skiing! FYI if you are looking for great insoles alone, they do that too!!
