  Amy was instrumental in getting our home sold! With her staging handiwork in place, we received an offer on the very 1st day! She puts a lot of thought into her work and has a good crew in place to ensure everything will get set up nicely without any damage.

  As a real estate agent in the industry for over 25 years, I have experienced a front row seat to many home selling trends. In today's competive market, it is imperative to have a home staged.
  
  Each time I have used Amy and her team, the property is magically transformed, shows well and sells quickly for top dollar. The folks at Impact Interiors have proven to be extremely effective in their knowledge of home staging. They adjust well to meet the needs of each client and stage the property based on the style and era of the home.
  
  I highly recommend Amy and her team.
  Note: The front end cost of professional staging can seem expensive. Yet, it is typically way less expensive than a sellers 1st price reduction when a home isn't selling.

  As a real estate agent, I have worked with Amy on staging many of the homes I have listed in Austin. When I work with sellers to sell their home, I always hire Amy to do a "staging consultation" in which she puts together recommendations about everything from paint colors to landscaping to reorganizing existing furniture to make a space look larger and photograph better. Amy is flexible with sellers' goals and price points. Are you still living in your home and don't want to completely move everything out? She can work with you to make existing furniture show better. Already moved out and want your vacant home completely decorated? She can do that, too. Every home I have ever worked with Amy to stage has sold quickly (less than a week) and over asking price. If you're wondering if staging is worth it, the answer is yes, and good staging is really worth it. And for that, Amy's your girl.

  Only one thing I can really say to describe Amy and her team at Impact Interiors... and that is that they are amazing. Amy helped sell our condo, back in 2011, by not only suggesting how we can make our home more inviting to customers by doing simple things like de-cluttering our home, but she also advised us on some home remodeling tips like new tile floors and painting our living room walls, which greatly improved the appeal of our home to potential buyers. 48 hours after she staged the property we already had an offer on the home, that was above asking price. We were so impressed with how quickly she helped us sell the property, that we always recommend her to anybody we know, that is looking to sell their home.
