  I've been in here several times and each time I've gotten great service and solid recommendations. They gave me fair pricing on what I needed and did not try to upswell or pressure me. They have been equally helpful to my 70 year old parents which is fantastic!

  These guys are THE BEST! I'm pretty rough on my phone and have sampled several phone repair shops in the PDX area. I came to these guts a few months ago on s fluke just because they happened to be open until 8 pm and I was desperate. Even though they are a further commute for me than several other shops, I will never trust my phone repairs to anyone else. They are professional, affordable, kind, and awesome!

  This was my 2nd visit to this repair shop. My power cord wasn't fitting into port and charging correctly. After Verizon told me my only option was to buy a new iPhone, I figured I'd see what these guys could do. Busted out the microscope, cleaned out the port and now its working good as new! And at no charge! Exceptional service, fast and affordable. These guys rock!

  INCREDIBLY friendly and knowledgeable! I had a finicky iPhone 6 that had an issue with it's charging/speaker port. Anna helped me out taking a look at my phone (cleaned it for free first to see if that was the issue!) and when it still needed some attention, their pricing was super affordable and done in a flash. Unfortunately my phone STILL was acting funky, but Anna gladly took it back and gave it some free TLC to make sure that it was in fine working order! They even put a screen protector on the phone for the trouble. Long story short, the staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and take care of your phone like it was their own! I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs it!!!

  I visited iChichuahua because my IPhone was no longer charging. It turns out it simply needed to be cleaned. I thought it might need a new battery or charge port. It was cleaned and all good again in 2 minutes. I was not even charged anything. The person who helped me could not have been more kind and helpful. The store also has a cute chihuaha. I highly recommend this business.
