I went here today because of the previous Yelp reviews and I was really pleased. I booked an appointment through their website using my e-mail. This made it super easy because they left my name for the doorman when I arrived to the building. I was a little concerned about the location but they work out of a single office on the 20th floor. Their were two gentlemen working and they took me in as soon as I arrived. They checked the functioning of my phone and then repaired my cracked screen in about 15 minutes. It was definitely worth it and It was repaired during my lunch break. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone with a sad cracked phone.

The process of dealing with this company was a pleasure, quick, transparent and reasonably priced. I called and told them I would be there between 12 and 1 the next day. I arrived and was brought to the back where the Tech works. Dropped off my phone went back to work and picked it up at 5. I was given 2 price points (premium screen vs. generic) both of which were reasonable. It comes with a 6 month warrantee which is a plus. Highly recommend this company if you have a broken screen and don't want to pay the premium that Apple charges for the same service.

He changed my screen in 15min and it works perfectly. Very nice guy who gives extra advices. Price is competitive ($69 + tax compared to $85 in other stores). There are 2 14 Wall Street so if you enter a gym, it's the other one haha. I totally recommand
