  This is a pleasure to write!!!! I had a horrible experience with another spa dealership whom I shall not name here. I just bought a top of the line Bullfrog spa, the spa is absolutely beautiful but MORE IMPORTANTLY Peter the owner and his lovely sister Dagmar are terrific people, professional to the hilt!! I bought my spa ten minutes after entering Peters shop!! They delivered it yesterday and boy it's truly beautiful - I had one problem the first night so Peter came to my house the next day - today!! He put in a brand new jet pack to replace the other one and it works perfectly!! Phillip the electrician is one of the most wonderful people I've ever met a 68 year old European full of life and love (Peter uses him always) I mean this was a total bundle of happiness and I'm told if you buy a spa this year Dagmar will give you a big hug and kiss (she will kill me for saying that. this is a family place and could not be happier especially considering the horrible, horrible experience I had trying to buy a spa at another place recently. This was just great!!

  We just purchased our spa here, and we are very excited. We went to all of the other spa stores within 50 miles, and we had the best experience here.
  
  Our sales lady was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we found the best hot tub for our needs. She was watching my husband and I struggle to find the right hot tub for both of us, and suggested the perfect model that would meet both of our needs. She was never pushy. She also gave us a more than fair price on the tub from the get go. We called a couple of other places in the area to make sure we were getting a good deal, and no one else could beat her price.

  Can't say enough great things about HSO on Topanga. Bought my spa from them a little over a year ago. Patient, helpful, didn't oversell me at all in any way. Got me into the perfect spa for my space, great price, full set up. Clear communication, on time, no problems, great unit. Recently hired them for weekly maintenance and my spa looks brand new every week. Just gave them my gate code, serviceman shows up, handles everything, leaves me a note and they're on their way. No need to meet them personally each time, etc. So happy I made this purchase and even happier they're helping me take great care of it. One of the best purchases I've ever made. Hands down. Peter, Chris, Dagmar - All very friendly, very customer service oriented and will guide you in the right direction. Thanks for your professionalism, extensive spa knowledge and experience. Follow what they say in terms of upkeep and maintenance and you'll be enjoying your spa for years to come.

  Was recommended to me by a friend. The staff was helpful and encouraged me to bring my bathing suit to try out the spa in the store. Which is a nice option for a serious buyer. I wound up buying a spa from this location and it was delivered and installed on schedule the total price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend this business for spa purchases and maintenance recommendations.
