I came to Houston Veterinary Hospital in 2013 for doggie daycare. The service was so great that I began taking Samson for vet services as well. The staff is always kind, attentive and patient. I admire the preventive approach, newsletters, and electronic appointment reminders. I've even been late and the vets were considerate enough to see us! Great, professional group!

I have been at this clinic with my cat Simba when he was starting when he was 2 years old until his passing at the age of 17 years old and Dr Dayton has been the go-to-guy from the beginning and the end. I have a new cat now named Destiny and she has been under the care of Dr Dayton and the staff of Houston Veterinary hospital since she has been 2 months old and she is now 3 years old. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for true animal loving people.

We have been taking our cats to Dr Dayton for 30 years. They take the time to explain issues with our animals and have extended the life of several of our cats past 18 years. They have on site equipment to do blood work, urine analysis and the such so no waiting for results.

Sugeries ( those that most vets refer to
Specialists. He does orthopedics, removal Of gallbladders, spleens, and kidneys. He also does normal surgeries
and dentals. Some surgeries are laparoscopic, and almost all are treated afterwards with Cold laser therapy. He is #1 in my and rescue's opinion. -

Dr. Dayton, Lauri, & the entire staff have been great to our dogs since 2006 when we moved to Houston! We drove all the way from Tomball because of a recommendation and couldn't have been happier. We took our lab in initially because she had heartworms, not expecting her to live much longer. Dr. Dayton saved her life without putting her through the harsh treatment a lot of vets would and she went on to live to be 15 years old. They genuinely care for their patients and I couldn't recommend a more competent vet.
