  I have sinus issues (I've been told they're related to an injury I sustained over a decade ago that affected by septum). I've been hesitant to correct them, even with doctor recommendations in the past, due to fears of facial surgery. I don't do pain too well, clearly. Anyway, Houston ENT offers their patients a non-surgical option called a balloon sinuplasty and I just want to say it's amazing. It's a little inflatable balloon on a catheter that they enter into the sinuses and then dilate (make bigger) to allow for proper draining and clearing. I don't think it's a permanent fix, but they say on average it last a year or two, which is a godsend to me. Highly recommend!
