Hot Yoga Workout

Yoga Instructor

Hot Yoga Workout was the very first studio to offer Hot Yoga classes and Bikini Boot Camp classes in central Phoenix. As a result the founder Dawn Delany became a fitness icon in central Phoenix but sadly passed away unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm on July 3, 2011. Thankfully Sabrina stepped in and purchased the studio over a year and a half ago. This was actually the very first studio she ever practiced yoga in and has now been teaching yoga for 10 years.

We specialize in Hot Yoga! The class sequence is designed for all levels beginner through advanced practice. Each class is an hour long set to music and is the same sequence each time you come. Read more

I have been going to Hot Yoga Workout for over a year and I have to say this studio is amazing. Sabrina and Lindsey are friendly and have a way of making you feel very comfortable no matter where you are in your practice. The flow is the same every time, making it very easy to follow if you attend regularly. I moved to the other side of town, but still go out of my way to make it to a session at least once a week. I only wish I could go more! This is a truly special place and I love coming here! Keep up the good work! Support local and drop on by. You won't be disappointed and will walk out feeling strong and refreshed. Namaste. :)

I started going here approximately 6 months ago, basically with a goal of trying to get a little more fit and workout a bit. From the very first day, I was hooked! I'm quite the novice (had dabbled in yoga years ago), and even with my rusty/beginner skills I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. ...

I just moved to Phoenix and was looking for a new studio. I have been doing all kinds of yoga on and off for years, including some hot and bikram. I tried a hot class on Wednesday morning at 9:30 and it was great! I feel like I got a great workout but I didn't die (after months of no hot yoga) and I can't wait to go back again. Thanks, Hot Yoga!

The studio is very clean. The instructor is always there before class to make sure that the temperature is set, music is on and available for check in and questions. The flow of the class is fluid.
