Jeff @ Homestead Inspections was a joy to work with. He just completed an exhaustive and thorough inspection of a property we're about to buy. I'm simply floored with his attention to detail. He articulated every window, every outlet, inspected the roof, deck, and even pointed out a trip hazard (among many, many other items). Nothing gets past Jeff. And to boot, while I was there at the inspection, he took me through all of the potential "big things" that I, as a buyer need to be aware of. Simply fantastic job, worth every penny, and I'd argue, much more.

What a great commercial real estate inspector! He came to my house exactly when he said he would, and got to work immediately. He did his job quickly and without making pauses, was able to notice all problems and to mark them down in his report. I'm very thankful to him because he saved me a large sum of money. I would recommend him to everyone that needs a home inspector.

Jeff Merritt inspected our home and we couldn't be happier with the inspection. He literally saved us thousands of dollars in repairs that the seller agreed to pay after his inspection. I would recommend him without hesitation!

Jeff did a fantastic job inspecting our house. He was incredibly thorough, documenting every detail. What I appreciated about Jeff is that he helped us to understand the significance of each thing he found and what to look out for down the road as far as maintenance. He really watches out for home buyers and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

Jeff was extremely pleasurable to work with. If you're looking for someone to inspect your house trust me and go with Jeff. He was very thorough. He answered any questions I had no matter how annoying they sounded. Buying a house is a big decision and he respected that.
