  Again, have had another purchase-
  Had Christian inspect our new purchase of a single family home in West Sacramento as a rental. Christian knows his stuff-
  Was afraid the water piping was a type that was recalled, possibly costing thousands in repairs-
  With confidence, he determined the piping was not that recalled and took great photos-
  Fast report with attention to detail-
  Worth every penny and more- would give 6 stars if possible-

  I was buying my first home and was given a list of three home inspectors from my realtor. I called each of them and got a generic response from a receptionist. I asked a good friend for a recommendation--he had hired Christian for his home inspection and noted that Christian specialized in old homes and was very thorough. ... I happily invited him to my housewarming party, and he showed up smiling with gift in hand! My first experience with home buying has been wonderful so far, and I have Christian to thank for much of it!

  If you need a home inspector, Christian is absolutely the best!
  
  The inspection was extremely thorough, and he did a great job walking me through the house and giving me the details in terms i can completely understand (first time homeowner here). He really takes pride in his work and it shows! He is completely knowledgeable in his craft, and has a very positive and friendly attitude. Also, I like that he points out all the great things about the house aside from just the negatives.
  
  If you hire Christian, you're essentially hiring a good friend who has your best interest at heart!
