  The staff and service here is very nice and professional. The manager or owner who was there remembered me from previous visits and easily resolved a concern I had, in fact he went above and beyond without my asking. It's great to see that level of care.

  Amin and the crew at this Hollyway are simply amazing. As good as customer service could get. Always friendly, prompt with their service, and consistently the easiest errand I have to run. They are always doing right by their customers. Amin in particular is generous, understanding, and has helped me out numerous times with fixing my favorite garments. I highly recommend this place! Very trustworthy.

  One star off because my garments initially came back looking as if they hadn't be cleaned at all, but 5 stars because once Amin heard about the situation he immediately took every step to rectify the situation and ensure I had a good experience, even going so far as to refund me for my unsatisfactory cleaning experience. I appreciate their terrific customer service and truly caring about the level of service they provide.

  I had an experience that I previously noted on a review posted on this site. I had received horrible service and my business felt like it wasn't valued. And I vowed to leave and never look back.
  
  And then something happened. Something so rare these days it took me by surprise. I received a call from Amin, the owner to apologize for his employee and explain what happened. Nobody does that these days. But he did.
  
  And he didn't beg for me to come back. He accepted my displeasure, sincerely apologized and left it at that.
  
  I of course took my order back. I like doing business with people who value my business. And using good old fashioned customer service helps too.
  
  I recommend you give them a try. You'll be more than just a number at Hollyway Cleaners. Keep up the good work. And thank you for valuing my business.
