  This company did everything they promised. We were very impressed with their professionalism and their quick work. Our remotes would not sync to our overhead unit. HIS Overhead Garage Door Service came out to look at the problem and came back immediately the following day to solve the problem for us.
  
  We have tried using other garage door companies in the past that we're never up to par. HIS Overhead Door Service went above and beyond to fix our garage needs and we will definitely be using this company in the future if needed.

  HIS came out as a warranty service under our Old Republic plan. We just moved into an older home in Plano with one previous owner who had lived there 30 years. We were having problems with our very, very old Genie not staying down, the track was not bolted to the wall very well, and it was extremely loud and ricketty. He came out and oiled it to within an inch of it's life, attached it back to the wall, checked every part of the door, nuts, bolts, chain, and opener and reported back to me what needed to be fixed, extended out the arm, and even changed the light bulb for me! I was fully expecting to have to replace the opener it with a newer one, but it's still working great and still quiet. I am very pleased and will use them again when it is time to replace the door and opener.

  His Overhead Door Service has been in business for several years. We used them several years ago and were impressed enough to call them again. We called for service and the repairman showed up as scheduled. He was able to fix our 25 year old opener. He also programmed and sold us two new remotes we requested. He brought along a young apprentice he is training from a local community center. This is one of the good guys.
