Dan Rhodes and the Higher Calling team have been my de facto IT support team for over 25 years ... They understand the difference between "emergency", "urgent", and "as soon as practical." Excellent guidance and counsel re options and features/functions that are worth something to me. Every time I refer someone to Higher Calling I get a positive comment back -- like "Wow! I wish I'd known these guys were here -- I sure could have used them before now!" Fair and honest -- every time I pay them for something I know I've received outstanding value.

If you want outstanding personalized service and great value for computer purchases and/or repair/maintenance, go no further than Higher Calling! They have been my Go-To place for nearly 30 years and I never hesitate to recommend them to even my most cynical friends and clients. Whether it's a routine issue or a major crash and recovery -- or moving from old to new laptop -- this team is the best. And SO MUCH more value than the big retailers or the on-line companies. This is high quality service the way we all hope for -- they never disappoint!

I went into Higher Calling IT expecting to pay for a new wireless card - I haven't had internet capability on my older laptop for several months. They looked at my laptop while I waited, found the problem immediately (a messed up setting not the wireless card), and fixed it then and there. It took him less than 10 minutes and he was nice enough about it to not charge me anything. What a relief! I'll be back for my simple and more challenging computer issues!
