  Great selection of snow gear, fantastic customer service and they always do a really good job w/ ski tuning. Great boot fitters, very friendly and will work with you until the boot fits right.

  Smaller business with focus on customer service. Given my past treatment, I will always recommend Helm of Sun Valley as THE place for all Bay Area ski and snowboard equipment, service, and rental.

  Way better quality rental ski's than those rentals at the ski resort. The guy behind the rental counter was very nice on helping my group to get the correct sized boots, ski's and poles. Easy and relatively quick rental process. My current place for ski rentals in the Bay Area and recommend this place to anyone else needing ski rentals.

  I LOVE MY NEW SKIS ! Great customer service, a very helpful staff member (cant remember his name. jordan?) Helped me select a pair that is perfect suited to my ability level!
