Heather is as much a physical therapist as she is a masseuse. She is increasing the range of motion in my neck to a level I haven't been able to achieve in two years and after two surgeries. Though my pain is chronic, I look forward to each session with Heather, as temporary relief is so welcome and rare. And who knows? Maybe with consistent treatments, I can avoid another surgery. Her table is very comfortable, and the room exudes peace. You will be in good hands with Heather.

I am feeling such a wave of relief at having found Heather as a therapist.

... And along comes Heather! She restored my faith that there *are* massage therapists who use enough pressure (my biggest complaint of my last few sessions with others). She acted slowly, methodically, and wasn't afraid to tackle the absolute boulders in my lower neck and shoulders. What's more, Heather's energy was very compassionate and she communicated very well throughout the session. I have no doubt that if you're the type of person who prefers a more gentle touch in your massage sessions that she would be able to cater to you as well.

... Can confidently say that I will be booking more sessions with Heather.

Let me start by saying that this was the most professional massage I have ever received.
Heather's personality and demeanour is as warm and inviting as her touch. She took the time to ask me about myself, to see which areas of my body needed special attention and explained her approach before beginning our session.

... I would definitely recommend reserving a 90min session for first time customers, as it allows her to become better acquainted with your body. I'm thankful that I did and so is my body.
I HIGHLY recommend Heather and look forward to coming back in the very near future!
