Maya Nahra is a phenomenal person. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable as a registered dietitian, she's a woman who walks her talk and exhibits compassion and love to so many as they work through the process of their own journey. The Healthy Habit Solutions online curriculum she created is WAY more than a weight loss program. It's a program that teaches a person how to get to the root cause of their issues and provides the tools needed to succeed.
