  Many people in the west don't know that cupping is a powerful way to alleviate congestion in the chest. Being from the Ukraine, my family used to perform cupping when I was sick and it was so effective in my recovery. For the last three weeks I had this awful flu and was terribly sick, coughing so hard my ribs ached. The cough was alleviated after two cupping sessions with Dr. Lillian Lee. She is caring, knowledgeable, and has a fantastic bedside manner. In addition, her staff is fantastic to work with. This is definitely the place to go for Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
  I am so grateful to have found her, as I am finally free of my flu symptoms and back to work!

  I've had acupuncture treatments from both Jenna and Lillian for stress and pain in their clinic and have loved it every time. I'm especially a fan of the cupping. Next thing I'll try will be facial acupuncture if I get a chance.

  I had my first ever acupuncture treatment with cupping last week and I have to say that Jenna Beem did magic! I felt the tension literally pulled from my upper back, where I like to store it. Almost a week later, I still feel lighter and more fluid. I'd definitely recommend her work!

  I have been with Health Discovery Acupuncture and Herbs for over a year now as I worked holistically to help heal my serious low back injury and emotional stress. Both Lillian and Jenna are great, professional, and very caring in the work/treatments they perform with the mission to get people back on their feet, healthy, and living again! The office has great energy, is very welcoming, warm, and relaxing. I highly recommend if you are looking for effective treatments for pain, holistic healing, or just a little rest and relaxation with traditional Chinese medicine that has been built on a foundation of more than 2,500 hundred years!

  I cannot thank the staff at Health Discovery Acupuncture enough for my younger looking self.
  
  I am 62 and was seriously considering a face lift. But the cost, the discomfort, and the risks all made me put it off. ...
  
  The results? The bags under my eyes are greatly reduced, my mouth turns up, and my eye-brows and eye lids are lifted. Best of all, my neck is almost smooth. Unbelievable.
  
  ... I actually turn heads again. Me. Sixty-two year old me. Not by looking thirty. But by being a healthy, young looking sixty-two year old.
  
  It is one of the best things I've ever done for myself.
