  Great community, inspirational teachers, creative sequencing. hauteyoga has been a sanctuary for me & my practice has expanded since beginning there. The teachers are all unique in their styles, offering a variety of flavors to experience multidimensional growth.

  After moving from a studio that I loved in Chicagoland and under going a teacher training program, hauteyoga Queen Anne is my new home. After testing about ten studios in the area, hauteyoga seems to have the most diverse classes, incredible/intuitive instructors, and incorporates the best mix of spiritual and physical practice I have found. Looking forward to many more powerful flows and grounding yins. Can't wait to continue and grow my practice here!

  The instructors give me exactly what I need, when I didn't know I needed it. I walk away from every class with perspective shifts to navigate around let down and towards acceptance. Also, sweaty, I leave rather salty. And high, that yoga high is really addicting.
