  Harper Carpet Care was one of 6 companies I got quotes from to clean our salon floors. Their prices are fair and the owner and his employees are on time, thorough, professional and friendly. We had a lot of square footage and an inconvenient water source, but they just made it all work. Our floors look brand new. Wish I had some before and after pictures because it's amazing what a difference their cleaning job made. We have had so many compliments! And it just feels great to be in the building with everything so clean!!
  One of the main reasons I picked them, besides the good reviews, was that they were able to give me a specific arrival time. Two of the other big companies I was interested in could only give me 4 hour arrival "windows", even if I was booking a month out. These guys said 9 am and they were there and ready to work at 9am. Pretty great. No complaints!

  After moving out of our home, we needed to have our Berber carpets cleaned before renters moved in. I've tried a couple different companies in the past, one of whom had a machine that literally chewed up areas of our carpet. After requesting bids from five companies, Harper Carpet Care was the only one that responded. Within hours of my request, I had a bid for the cleaning and a date that worked within my very limited timeline.
  
  Jaime did a fantastic job, particularly two areas that were very soiled due to high traffic. The carpets looked new! Jaime was thorough, efficient, and friendly. He also stated in touch via text so I knew exactly when he would arrive. I was so impressed with Jaime's work, and would definitely recommend Harper Carpet Care. I will be using them again in the future.

  Harley is my boy! ...
  
  He comes in and can immediately smell the OVERWHELMING urine in the carpet and points out urine stains on the tile. Did I mention she was a hamster person? He gives me an awesome quote and I let him do the tile as well. I come back and there's not a spot to be seen on the carpet and the tile was flawless.
  
  Through no fault of Harley's or of Harper Carpet care, the smell came back after a few days. Harley came and re-cleaned the carpet but suggested that it was deeper than the carpet and padding. When we pulled a piece of the carpet up, there was urine all the way to the base flooring. We had to do a full replacement of the carpet, padding, and the floor boards.
  
  More than anything, I appreciate Harley working with me and my family to get my home back to the way it used to be. The tile looks amazing and when our renters cycle out of our properties I'll continue to use him.

  This business is amazing! I highly recommend anyone to use their services. Harley is very professional and great at what he does! It doesn't matter if your moving in or out, or even preparing for a party. His cleaning services is where it's at! The carpet looks new and smells amazing. Thank you for taking the time to make our house feel new again! Support your local family owned businesses and give them a shot! Don't forget to leave them a great review once they are finished making your floors perfect again!

  I loved my carpet cleaning experience. My technician came on time, actually early, and had the best disposition while he explained exactly what his process was going to be and carefully assembled his equipment, cleaned the carpets and charge me exactly what he said he was going to charge me. He did not try and upsell me to spend money I did not need to spend. This had happened to me with a different carpet cleaning company and I did not appreciate it. Next time I need carpet cleaning I will call Harbor Harper Carpet Care.
