Contacted Robert to get a pre-home purchase home inspection for my upcoming home purchase and I explained I was on a tight schedule and Robert was awesome at accommodating that schedule, no complaints, gave me a time and he showed up early! Very polite and took his time and went through everything, guy was like spider man, all over the roof and under the cabinets and up in the attic taking videos and making sure everything was working as it should. ...

What a professional! Robert Harmon performed the home inspection of my 1800sqft two-story home in Sacramento, and did an incredibly thorough job! ... He investigated things he found somewhat curious, such as a seemingly random junction box in my backyard sticking up from the ground. He even ran the brand new dishwasher (the packaging and manuals were still inside it) to make sure that it was properly installed and would not leak. All in all, he inspected the property for about 2 hours.
