These guys! So, so great. I had a whole laundry list of things I needed done and they did it all including diagnostics, parts and labor for the same price I was quoted just for diagnostics elsewhere. I know what you are thinking ... they must have taken short cuts... Nope - if anything they did extra to ensure quality work and my satisfaction. Thanks guys!

Graham and Warren are straightforward, professional, and offer very reasonable prices. I've taken my vehicle to Hansen Mechanical twice. The first time was for an overall "health" checkup and fluids and the second time to have my wheel bearings repacked. I asked Graham to give my older vehicle ('91, 190k miles) a once-over to be sure it was travel ready--I planned on putting over 3,000 miles on it over a short period of time. Graham gave me an honest answer about what was necessary and what could wait since I couldn't financially do all my repairs at once. Everything was finished by the time quoted to me and Graham was very communicative about all costs and aspects of the repair. These guys are great, and want to help you do what's best for your car.

Best mechanics I have ever worked with! Graham and Warren were both professional, friendly and affordable. They take time to explain what the issues are and don't pressure you into any extra work. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience. Estimate was on point, work was perfect, the tech explained everything and didn't yank me around, even though I know nada about my ride. Smaller shops always do better than the big ones, this one was above and beyond. Hansen earned a lifetime customer.
