Had a fuse blow in my downstairs unit and a leak in my upstairs , Bobby the service man came and provide professional advice and input and got me up and running in no time. I did not feel cheated when i got the bill and will use them again, thanks guys!

The Hank's technician was at my house for my annual AC maintenance service. He realized our unit was freezing over; he was able to come the next morning at 8am to switch out the unit. Very professional, very efficient and very friendly. Highly recommended

On a 100-degree Friday afternoon, at the time when most things typically break down, I discovered that our A/C unit was dead. Realizing I had very little time before it turned into a very sweaty and miserable weekend, I blindly called the closest A/C service company near my house in Oak Hill, which turned out to be Hank's. The person answering the phone was very competent and had a service technician at my house in less than 20 minutes. I couldn't believe it! He worked very fast and had first the condenser and then the motor replaced quickly. I was also able to get our home warranty to agree ahead of time to cover it. In under two hours, we were back up and running... he even told us how to correct an issue with our air filter that was putting unnecessary stress on the A/C system.

I've used Hank's Service a few different times in the past 5 years. We have 2 cats and 3 dogs that live in the house so the fur is a problem with our vents. This causes our a/c to get clogged up and stop cooling our otherwise very cool home. Hank has always been very quick to get out to fix our problems and explain to us how to keep it from happening again. This last time we didn't realize the a/c was not cooling the back half of our house (bedrooms) till after hours. We thought we would be sweating it out for the night but Hank came out and saved us again! I feel his prices are very reasonable and he has always been there for us. Will use him again on our new house if we need to!
