  Luz did a great job with my pup, Westley! I came by for a nail trim and she was able to help me immediately. Westley is very skittish about having his nails done (after a few bad experiences) but Luz was so patient and loved on him throughout the whole process. She trimmed the nails and then filed them with a dremel tool, and never got discouraged or gave up when Westley didn't want to cooperate. And she charges half of what my vet did. We will absolutely be back!

  For great service and care, I give this business 5 stars. Luz did a wonderful job with our dog. We have tried several grooming business in the past and all have been for the most part unpleasant experiences. Usually my dog is running out of the front door acting nervous and scared, for the business to only tell me that my dog is too hyper and that they were not able to complete the services I requested. At Bravado this was not the case. All grooming services were complete and this time my dog was not running out the door. Thank you Bravado for your outstanding service.

  I used to have my Bichon Frise Candy groomed with Luz at Petsmart grooming. She always did an AMAZING job and remembered who Candy was. Unfortunately Luz left Petsmart and I didn't know where she had moved to. I was desperately trying to find another groomer who could do an amazing job like her but had no luck.
  
  Randomly, we found Luz and her new grooming studio and I am so so so happy!
