    I've thoroughly enjoyed the sessions I've had recently at Gym Jones. It's been about 20 years since I stepped into a gym, for me, work has always functioned as fitness. Recently, knowing, and coming to realize I'm not getting younger everyday,and wrapped up in the stress of life we all endure, I responded to an invite for a workout here. It has been nothing short of invigorating for my mind, and my body, and both in reverse at times. It is a sort of release from the world, from the pressure of reality, stepping through that door. I know I will pour sweat on that floor, and when I leave, I am glad I walked in to do exactly that.
    To live is to suffer, and through suffering, we learn to live a better life.
