Fantastic service! I made the appointment, got a reminder call, and a call when the technician was on their way so I knew what the plan was. The technician did an EXCELLENT job - very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me good advice about an unusual fireplace setup. He was very neat (dirty job but I swear my house is cleaner in the area he worked) and worked efficiently. The price was reasonable for the service. Great company all around and I'll definitely be using them again.
