  Jamie and his work - nothing but praise! He took our 10 year old cherry table top (from our Room and Board Portica table), and turned it into something spectacular. We were tired of the cherry and wanted it black but not like it's been painted. What we got back was nothing short of amazing. The tabletop is black but you can see the wood grains and the color variations going from deepest darkest brown to black. It's very natural looking and our Thanksgiving guests were wowed. I can't stop admiring it! Jamie is super busy but if you want quality work, he's the one.

  I bought a used table and made a huge mistake by trying to correct what looked like heat damage with an iron (thanks internet) which made it 10x worse. I emailed Jamie a photo and he suggested I try MOHAWK Super Blush Retarder which worked wonders. Table now looks even better now than when I purchased it.

  Jamie repaired an antique rocker that has been in my family for five generations. It was a small job for him, but he gave it careful attention and did very good work. Also, he stayed in contact with me so I would know what was going on and when it would be ready.
