I didn't actually get a chance to work with Luis, but his professionalism and promptness inspired me to write a review for him. My company was moving into a new space and our office manager had dropped the ball on everything. I called Luis to see if he could come and give me an estimate. He was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, he was on time, and he was extremely professional. ... At any rate, this guy clearly works hard for his business, and that is something to be respected!

I called Louis based on the Yelp reviews and although it sounds like I will probably have to have my carpets replaced because the stains are so inground,.he was very courteous and professional on the phone and actually apologized for not being able to clean them.

I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies before but I was floored by Luis's professional employees and the superb, efficient and affordable job. I was thrilled that his company uses organic and green products that really work! My couch and carpets are rejuvenated and glowing! I recommend Sf Building and Home cleaning to any family or business that wants their space cleaned right!
