  We recently had our carpets cleaned by Green Coast Carpet Care, and I could not be more pleased. We communicated initially through yelp for a quote and to set up the appointment. They arrived at our appointment about 15 minutes early (a huge plus for me!), took a look at our place, and then got to work. We actually ended up having to pay less than the quote because he felt it was smaller than expected, and thus charged us less. Our carpets were wonderfully cleaned, including two nasty stains that I was concerned about. However, those two stains came out completely, and the carpets look great! I will definitely be using Green Coast Carpet Care again in the future!

  Alex did a great job on our large sectional. He communicated well to organize the appointment, showed up on time, was friendly & polite. No need to access our water/power, he was able to work despite a house full of movers! And he did an excellent quality job with no nasty chemicals. Would definitely use him again!

  From beginning to end, Alex was excellent. His communication was great throughout, price was the most reasonable out of 5+ quotes (there really is no hidden fees or upselling), and no sketchy vibes having a stranger in my home :) Best of all, my carpets and sofa now make the whole place look cleaner! I will definitely be a returning customer.
