Had a great experience with Gotham (who did not ask for or incentivize this review in any way).

The studio apartment I moved into was pretty filthy, and the broker declined to do anything to fix it. So I decided to hire cleaners. I called a bunch of people -- none of whom even responded other than Gotham. These guys sent over a cleaner within 24 hours. It came to about $150 after tax for the entire apartment - about 3.5 hours of work. ...
If I had to nitpick, I did have to provide my own cleaning products - but it's not like I didn't need to buy them anyway for my own home. -

I work for Coke and I was looking for a company that could clean my office midtown Manhattan in a daily basis. I found Gotham Green Cleaning Seevice and Benny (who's the owner) was just an amazing guy to talk to. They have been taking care of my office for about 5 months now and I would definitely recommend their service all the way.

I've used Gotham before for cleaning my apartment but I recently learned they also do carpet cleaning. Scheduling for carpet cleaning was a snap and in walked, you guessed it, Benny! It was like seeing an old friend even though I only met him/used this service once before. As expected, based on his apartment cleaning, the carpet cleaning went beautifully and he is just as nice as can be. I definitely see the difference in the carpet. He was done so quickly I was pleasantly surprised. In summary, this company,especially Benny, is terrific.
