  I had one of the most amazing customer service experiences of my life at Gordy's. I brought in a 35 year old bike that I'd just bought off Craigslist for a tune-up. The tune-up ended taking longer than expected due to some unforseen challenges with my ancient tech, but they'd promised me they'd finish before they went home, so RJ and Mike ended up staying an hour late on a Friday to get it done. Despite the fact that I was cutting intuí their weekend, they were not only very courteous, they were very complimentary of the bike. Beyond that, they were super helpful in getting me set up with a lock, lights, new seat, and repair kit. And I was delighted by the prices of their products and their tune-up service. I will definitely be back, can't recommend these guys more enthusiastically.

  Wanted to know a few things and guy behind the counter helped me out immensely. Very knowledgeable and I could tell that he loves riding. Thanks for everything! Great place to go, also let my son test ride the bike out back before we buy.

  This is a fun place to buy new bikes get your bike fixed or upgrade your bike. They are staffed with REAL knowledgeable bike mechanics. The prices are fair and the quality is great. The first thing that you'll notice is that the staff are happy to be there. that lets me know that their employees are treated with fairness, honesty & integrity.

  This place is what a good business is all about. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and whatever is wrong with my bikes, RJ can fix it. Thank you all, for taking good care of me and my fleet...
