Found a rat Saturday afternoon in my kitchen. My landlord called Ron and he came by within 30 min. He set some traps, caught the rat and plugged the hole behind the stove. Extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. Response time was also excellent. Highly recommended.

We inherited bugs when we bought our house. I called Ron, he answered right away and was able to come out the very next day to discuss our options. I had called before the long Christmas weekend and when we were scheduling the appointment he said there would be someone available all weekend, whatever was convenient for me. He arrived early after calling to make sure it was a good time and did a very thorough job evaluating the problem and discussing my options. He explained all of the products he was going to use and what they were for and chose options that were safe for my dog and small children. It's now been a little over a month since we had our treatment done, and any new hatches have died immediately. I am confident my home is protected and wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any other pest problems.

I moved into an apartment that had roaches, so disgusted that I was going to move out the next day until my girlfriend recommended this company to me and he came right out and was very professional. I saw a baby roach the next day and haven't seen anything since! it's been almost 2 weeks now. The owner even called to check up on things. I passed his card out to everyone I knew at work. I'm so happy with this service.
