  I was riding at Mount Falcon and had an issue with the seat dropper's remote. I had to stop riding and found their shop in Google. I went there. They were trying to find compatible parts because one was missing but they couldn't. I found the missing part inside the frame tubes when I was at the parking lot and went back in the shop. They took care of me and fixed it right away. Only 15 dollars for the new cable and the labor. And I am back in the trail. It does not get much better than this. Thanks.

  I've had a few bad experiences with this "bike shop" but thought I'd give them one last chance because this is the closest shop near me. While out on a ride I stopped in to see if they could adjust/diagnose my rear derailleur. I asked the woman if there was someone who could look at it(assuming the new owners wife) and she reluctantly went and came back with the owner. He looked at my bike and said he "doesn't really have time to do what needs to be done right now" that I'd n...

  We were on a bike ride from Thornton to Broomfield when my granddaughters burley got a flat tire which ended up wrapped around the wheel. Long story short, Frank took great care of us and replaced the tire so that we could ride back home safely! One of the salesmen also showed me how my bike pump worked (purchased somewhere else) so that hopefully this will never happen to us again! We will be back for our bicycle needs!

I have to tell you, your customer service is terrible and I am disappointed in your response this morning.
