  The folk at Gladys Bike are some of the finest people I've ever had the privilege of meeting. They care equally about you, as a rider, as they do your bike (and bikes in general). This is the sort of shop you want to keep coming back to, even when you don't have any particular bike issue. In short, at Gladys Bikes, you come for the brilliant services and specialization in bike fitting, but you stay for the amazing people. And the snacks. You'll also come back for snacks.

  I love this bike store! The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The bikes they sell are very high quality as befits a boutique shop. Don't come here looking for a steep discount but for a fair price.

  Seat Library! Being able to check out several different seats before you buy is awesome. It made it easy to make my wife comfortable.

  One of the few shops I've ever been to that makes you feel actually welcomed the second you walk into the door. Leah and the rest of the Gladys crew made me feel like we have been life-long friends!
  The saddle library is a fantastic idea and I'm glad it's doing so well for them! I love how you can just nerd out about touring gear and adventures with the crew as well.
  Go to this shop if you want some great service, genuine smiles, real help and advice, and zero feelings of being "just another patron".

  First time buying a bike!
  
  The gals that work here are extremely nice and helpful. I felt very supported in my decisions and as a newbie in the cycling community.
  As a woman, I loved shopping at a shop ran by women.
  I left with a great bike and all the accessories that I was looking for $400 less than my original budget. I threw in a glady's t-shirt because I can't wait to rep my new cycle shop around.

  Gladys bikes is awesome. The shop is adorable, and has some really great things. (Saddle library included!) All of the staff are amazing and make you feel really comfortable from the moment you walk in. Get your bike needs met there- you won't be disappointed!
