  If there was an option for 6 stars Glad Cleaners would have rightfully earned every single one! Due to my own poor planning, I failed to get a dress shirt pressed in time for a wedding this past weekend. I reached out to Glad Cleaners last minute Saturday hoping for a small miracle, and was told to come in with the shirt and they'd find a way to squeeze me in. I showed up and the friendly staff immediately took my shirt, pressed it to perfection, and I was out the door within 15 mins!
  
  This kind of customer service is nothing short of amazing. A big thank you to Rob and the staff at Glad Cleaners!

  Glad Cleaners on Central Ave, Chicago, is a great family run business. In the days of mindless people taking your clothing and you don't know if they will be around next month or next week. It is great to have a business that has been around forever and has a family that does such great work on my clothes. There is a reason we take our good clothes to the cleaners, you want them to stay looking like new. Having someone I can trust to clean my drapes or my daughter's dress as great as they do is priceless. If you live in the area, you should consider at least trying Glad Cleaners, you will see exactly what I mean about this family owned cleaners.

  Switched here after another budget cleaner ruined my clothes. Great staff, family owned business. Seem to actually care about the clothes and keeping them in excellent condition. Not much more expensive and but certainly worth it.

  Rob and his staff have saved my but more than once. My wife and I get called into last minute meetings and events all the time and it seems to always happen right after I just dropped everything off at Glad. So I have to call them and ask to get my clothes sooner than the ticket says.
  
  I'm always prepared to beg, I am, because I'm causing them a problem. But I never have to Rob and Dawn and the rest are always happy to move my stuff forward.

  I've been taking my shirts and dry cleaning to this establishment every week for years. They not only do a great job, but treat you like family. Rob and Dawn take a sincere interest in your health and well being as my wife and I experienced when I had some health issues the last couple of years. They are terrific. I won't go anywhere else.
