  The pediatricians at the Genesys Downtown Campus are just amazing! Everyone in the office is always happy to see you, and they're all clearly passionate about their work. They offer online check in before your appointment, which minimizes your overall wait time. If you check in online, you are taken to the first available exam room. Drs. D and V are both very patient focused, and one more way they demonstrate this is their punctuality. Visits are never rushed, but are efficient and timely.
  The ladies in the office are always happy to see you or answer any questions you may have, and Dr D makes it clear that she is always on call. She loves her job and it shows! She is incredibly personable and very laid back, and never comes across as judgemental of parenting styles and choices. She's so great that even my super fussy, hates-everyone-who-isn't-her-mom, built-in-alarm-system toddler hardly fussed! I'm so happy we found the Genesys Downtown Campus, and I will happily recommend them to any mom or dad looking for an outstanding experience and relationship with their child's pediatrician!

  Great staff. They take their time with you. They fit you in for emergencies. Couldn't ask for better staff!

  GREAT STAFF. AWESOME AND KIND DR'S! Very nice and friendly. They help you take care of any issues you may be dealing with. YOU HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL over your birthing plan and after care. I'm pregnant at 40 with our 5th baby... And I've never been treated with such kindness like they treat all their patients. Here your treated like family!! I'D RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE THAT'S PREGNANT!!
