... They were there promptly, worked until 8pm to get it all done and repaired correctly. They were courteous and it was interesting to watch as Tim taught his tech as he went on. This is a professional and courteous outfit, and they also care about the customer experience and will sacrifice for the customer and you rarely see that anymore. I would give more stars if I could. Thanks Tim and Nathan for a job well done and all the effort you put forth to make sure I was happy.

I have been using General Air for at least ten years, had another company put in a new system 17 years ago. General Air did all the service on it and they were great. When it came time to replace that system General Air did a great job. Had new system and all the air ducts replaced in two days. Highly recommend this company for service and replacement.

The staff was punctual, keep the work area clean, no damage to our property, and they finished on time. I would definitely have them do maintenance, repair, or another installation. -

Our A/C went out on a Friday so we contacted another well-known company that quoted us $10,000!!! Needless to say we wanted a second opinion and that's where Tim and his company, General Air Conditioning, come in. He was here the same day we called and did a thorough check of our units. He charged not even a quarter of what the other company quoted us and was super nice on top of that! Great guy and great company! We highly recommend General Air Conditioning and will definitely be using them again in the future!
