  I first met Gegi when she was a tailor at Sofio's in Tyson's. I was impressed by her mastery and professionalism in handling my alterations from suits to formal gowns. I was thrilled to discover that she has started her own business in McLean. Gegi is professional, highly skilled, and an expert at her craft. The last time I went to get a pair of pants altered, she suggested that I also hem the side of the pant and offered to do it while I waited. And while I waited, I watched as Gegi assisted a bride with alterations on her bridal gown. She is pricey, but the quality of her work is excellent and well worth the cost.

  I got my bridesmaid dress altered here after the previous seamstress was unable to take in the top and bottom portions. The top was still too big and the bottom was still too small.
  
  She did a great job of finding a way to let out the bottom enough for me to sit and taking the top in some more so that it didn't look like a maternity top. I'm very happy with my dress now.

  Gegi did an awesome job for my wedding dress alterations! Highly recommend !!! She is so nice and very patient, listen to my concerns and explain to me how she will do to fix my dress. Will come back in the future.

  I came to Gegi when I needed alterations for my wedding dress. She met with me approximately 4-5 times until everything was just right and the dress looked perfect! Not only did Gegi clearly have the experience required to effectively make the dress fit seamlessly, but she also went above and beyond to make sure I felt as comfortable in it as possible. ...
  
  When my bridesmaids needed alterations for their dresses, I sent them straight to Gegi. They ALL said that Gegi was able to do EXACTLY what they were wanting. What more could you ask for? Well, one more quality that sets Gegi apart from other tailors is that she has an eye for what does and doesn't look good on one's particular body and with their distinct features. ...

  I have been coming to Gegi for quite some time now. Being a very detail-oriented person it takes a lot of patience for someone to adhere to my needs. Gegi's work always pleases me and she is always ready to listen to all my ideas and thoughts on fitting. I work in a place where I am always surrounded by people who have good taste and are up to date with their clothing. I always get compliments on my suits and shirts that I make from them. This place is highly recommended and I have brought many of my friends here also and will continue to do so!
