They saw me right away and answered all of my questions. They were very friendly and even recommended some things I could try to diagnose the problem on my own before I left the computer with them. If I have any computer problems in the future, I will definitely go back!

Thank you Scott! Thank you very much!

If you're looking for customer service and a knowledgeable friendly experience I have to recommend Geeky Clean & Scott. In fact, it goes beyond just customer service with Scott. I called after receiving the results of a diagnosis for data recovery on an external drive from a different vendor. While I can navigate a computer quite well and google. I am not IT savvy and I wanted to gain some reassurance before I shelled out nearly $1300 for the recovery of an external hard drive. I realize that time is money but Scott spent over 10 minutes with me on the phone where I shared what had happened and where I was now. We went over what the diagnosis was and he shared his knowledge and experience to help point me in the right direction. Not only that but he shared alternative options and referrals for me to explore to help me make a decision.

Scott gained nothing out of this exchange and yet he was so willing to help me. Thank you SO much!!

Sometimes you deal with contractors and vendors who leave you less than satisfied, but then your faith gets restored when you get lucky enough to find a business like Geeky Clean PC. Our primary reason for using their services was to install a solid state drive in my older Macbook. He did it for less than most others we called were asking, and on time. He also packaged up the old drive in a sleeve and turned it into a functional external hard drive for no additional cost. We brought in some other, older equipment that Scott offered to sell online for us as well. All in all, a very good experience, and Scott was very patient, friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

Scott looked up my device's serial number in advance, and alerted me in advance that any RAM upgrade to my MacBook Pro would require a Logic board upgrade as well. In addition to providing a quote, he also summarized some of the benefits I'd get if I just upgraded the computer instead. It makes me happy that there's people like Scott there who understand what the goal of the upgrade is, and tell you what your options are -- even the ones that don't involve going through a repair shop.

I'm leaving his number for my parents so they don't get bamboozled into buying a gaming GPU the next time they complain that their browser is running slow.
