After going elsewhere, paying $40 and getting nothing accomplished, we went to Santos. He fixed the laptop by replacing the keyboard, which was somewhat of a custom job due to part unavailability. He also fixed a broken hinge that was supposed to be unfixable, and all for $95 plus parts, and finished in our short time frame window. He really knows his stuff. Plus he is a kind and honest guy who genuinely cares and wants to help. It's been working perfectly now for 3 weeks.

This is best computer service in town. Santos is savvy, honest, and dedicated to giving you the best service, not upselling you, and the best price. He takes the right safety measures to protect your computer while in his care and is respectful of the customer regardless of their level tech skill. He is a cash only business, which can be a little inconvenient; however, well worth savings you get.
