  WOW, how blessed we are to have Dan (the GeekMan) here in Sacramento area. I contacted him solely on all the great reviews & the fact he's been in bus for a LONG time. He called promptly from my email msg from the previous late night. Talked me thru many options, & it was deemed best to just buy a new computer (he does NOT sell computers). No charge of course. Soooo very helpful, & he will DEFINITELY be my GOTO person if I need ANY computer assistance in the future. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone one in need of computer repair or guidance. Thank you Dan... you are a RARE GEM.

  Wow... what great service. First, the main difference between this company and some of the others I have used is that the person on the phone when you call is the same guy who comes to do the work; e.g. It is not just some call center business with "independent contractors" that is shaving off a profit on someone else's work. And the ownership shows in the quality of service and accountability. Daniel - and he is a star - picked up my call right away, gave me a realistic assessment of my situation - probably nothing could be done- and then jumped into solving the problem. Long story short, I am back at my laptop (which was a brick an hour ago) and it is working fine. Sure results may very... but quality is still quality. Thanks Dan!!!

  The best thing about Dan is that he has his customers' best interest in mind. He is not mindlessly doing repairs for people. I had a broken laptop that he was working on, but instead of being greedy and doing the costly repair for me, he informed me that it'd be cheaper to just recover the data and buy a new laptop. He is one of the most honest business owners I've come across and would recommend him to anyone

  Took off malware from my computer and was very professional and pleasant. I really appreciated the fact that he actually cared, and not only that, he didnt charge up the wazzoo. He did a good job. I definitely recommend!

  This man was so nice, I was making some calls to get some quotes for computer issues, he was the 1st call, and he advised me over the phone on what to do! So nice and no charge. I will def keep him in mind if ever we need these services in the future, honesty and kindness goes a long way!!!
