  I worked with GeekArtist back in 2006. I needed a portfolio site that not only showed off my work, but branded me as an individual. Thanks to GeekArtist, I found work in the gaming industry (my passion).

  Geek Artist is really great! We initially started with them because we wanted email addresses that weren't yahoo or gmail, got tired of having to deal with ISPs, especially when we had to move, and decided to register a domain. There are places we could get this done for a little less money, but the level of service we get from Geek Artist is worth more than the difference in price.
  
  Initially, I had plans of putting together our own personal website, but the time involved in planning that has proved more than I care to devote. After seeing some of the web sites that Geek Artist has designed, I referred friends who needed help with small business sites, and am now getting my own site worked out through Geek Artist.
  
  Other hosting and web design services seem to either provide really poor service or poor follow through, but Geek Artist has done a great job meeting all of my needs and exceeding my expectations. I've recently gotten a copy of the web design book, Website Wonders Made Easy, that Janice wrote. It's helped with my understanding of the process a lot, and if I had more personal time, I might use it as the springboard for building my own website. Since I don't, it really gives me the confidence in Janice and Geek Artist that they know what they're doing.

  Janice was an excellent artist even before she became a web designer, which has given her a great eye for what does and doesn't work to catch the customer's eye. Her always-prompt responses, her innovative thinking and extensive knowledge of her craft, combined with her great people skills and the wide variety of services she offers, make her a one-stop shop and a joy to work with.

  Janice has entrusted me with the maintenance of several or her clients' websites, and has always been willing to provide mentorship when needed. I admire her ability to communicate: she's an expert at illuminating the obscure aspects of websites and hosting so clients can understand the recommendations she provides. I would describe Janice as an unbelievably hard worker, with an absolutely uncanny ability to multi-task!
