  Charlie asked a lot of questions, never assumed the problem but instead investigated several different theories and worked with me. I never felt left out of the process, he told me exactly what he was doing when he was doing it, and why. Very calm, easy going, and always double checked his work. I feel I can call him in the future should I run into any more computer problems. Thanks Charlie!

  Charley was incredibly helpful, pragmatic and efficient. It not only solved my problems but educated me as well. Well worth the money to have an experienced technician come to the house cure the many ills of my computer! Thanks, Charley!

  Charlie came out to our home and helped with lots of issues I was having with computer, printer, new router etc.. Need a small home office for work and he got me all set up. Also , I need to purchase a Laser jet printer and eventually a new laptop or tablet and he helped to narrow it down. Also helped with some small issues with new I phone and I pad. Great service, professional, will definitely call Geek Serv in the future!

  Charles from GeekServ just left my house and I am a very, very happy camper!
  
  I have a fairly robust and complicated computer network (at least for me) for my home business and media servers that was giving me some real problems along with a crashed database. Charles assessed the problems, started right in and had everything fixed in about 45 minutes. On top of that, he gave me some great suggestions on how to improve my Wi-Fi components and my network storage

  I have used Geek Serv for six + years now. They have been excellent. The first time they were so nice as to answer my paniced call on a Sunday, they actually came out that same day and recovered all of my data in a relatively short time. ... It has definitely been worth the $ to have them come to my home office rather than have to bring my computer to a shop and to have individualized assistance from a company and people I trust.
