Our firm was started by Gary Herbert, who obtained his degree in Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University. Gary has over thirty years of experience in the landscape design and construction industry.
We are members of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers, the Midwest Ecological Landscape Alliance, and the Landscape Design Association of Chicago. We had Gary do 1 face of our back patio a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier! He was so professional and diligent about the job that we are thinking of doing not only the final face but also our front yard very soon!! His knowledge about plants and what would look good as well as all the details were perfect! We definitely recommend him without a doubt! Him and his workers were super fast and finished the job quickly, right in the estimated time frame that he said it would take.

Gary recently landscaped our front and back yards. We live in North Center on a typical city lot. Gary has transformed our yards with a wonderful selection of plants, shrubs and trees. Our back yard especially feels like an oasis in the city. We definitely recommend Gary and his crew of hardworking landscapers to anyone looking to improve their curb appeal and back yards.
