Well known for performing a range of material far beyond the scope of typical bands, all members are virtuoso instrumentalists as well as vocalists. With nearly a 5-octave vocal range, Dahl can sing material ranging from Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and Journey to Bob Marley. All members are college-educated musicians that constitute one of Houston's best rhythm sections. The band has a great sense of humor and is easy to work with.
The Gary-Michael Dahl Band has been rated as outstanding band at many music festivals and have performed at many of Houston's largest events. The City Of Houston often employ them as musical ambassadors performing concerts to attract tourism, conventions, and display the ethnic and cultural diversity of Houston. Read more

Overall, the Gary-Michael Dahl Band performed great. They were very professional in having all of the equipment together for setup. I would recommend them to others. This was the first time having a live band at the company and I think it was something that will open up more for the future. Thanks to the band for a job well done!

OMG, WOW! WOW! I seriously cannot say enough good things about the Gary-Michael Dahl Band. This band is INCREDIBLE and so much more! We were lucky enough to book them for a company holiday party this year, and they just blew the party away. EVERYONE commented on how awesome the band was. Gary and his band were super friendly and accommodating to our venue and party schedule. We would have them back at any future event in a heartbeat. The whole band is just phenomenal, and you will not be disappointed.
