  My son dropped his iPhone 5 and cracked the screen. We went to Gadget Geeks and was quoted $79 for the fix. The service was prompt (1 day turnaround) and the quality of the fix was excellent. The phone looks brand new after the repair. Good job and highly recommended.

  I dropped in to ask some questions and seek help with inserting a hard-to-fit nano sim card in my new dual-sim Galaxy S7, and the job was done. I received cordial help and advice on a couple of other problems. When I asked the charge, I was told "no charge for customer service". I'm sorry I couldn't pay, and although I don't wish myself any serious repair needs, I'd recommend this place highly for those who do.

  I submerged my iPhone 6s (don't ask) which seemed to kill the USB port. The tech guys at work recommended I bring it into GG to see if they could revive it. Sure enough, in TWO hours time it was working again just fine. Cost was extremely reasonable. Counter service was friendly. Location was right downtown in the Loop. All around great experience. Not planning on dunking my phone again but if I do I know right where to go. Highly recommended. Thanks!

  I have been here several times and they were always able to help me immediately, same day, or at least diagnose the problem and suggest a course of action, if it was more complicated. I have had their help with a cracked phone screen, a broken power port, lengthy back ups from various phones, laptops, ipads. They were good, fast, and affordable all while super nice.
  Gadget geeks is my go to shop for all tech issues that are beyond my own skills or that I don't have the patience for.

  I found this spot on Google after I had cracked the screen on my phone twice, clumsy me, lol. Anyway, I went to Gadget Geeks and was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming Kimte and his staff were. The prices were reasonable and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and happy. Not only did they fix my phone, they delivered it to my office, now that's customer service. Love these guys, this will be my "go to" spot from now on, thanks guys.
