  I've been searching for a cat groomer and decided to give this place a shot..Great choice :) I brought my cat, Zoey for her first bath. I was hesitant as I wasn't sure how she would react to the water. According to the groomer (I believe her name is Claudia) She was fine while bathing. Zoey did give her a hard time during her blow dry, but the job was done!
  Based on reviews, I think his name is Randy-- was so helpful and friendly. When I picked up Zoey, Randy explained they gave her a flea bath instead of the regular one because the pets before her got flea baths and they didn't want to risk the chance of her getting fleas. This gesture was really thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service!

  Claudia was recommended too us by another groomer as our husky had 2 partially torn ligaments in her knees, and they didn't eat to take the extra care with her! So Claudia got diem on the floor with her to do her cut and we've been with Furry Friends ever since. Also, Claudia is a specialist in angry, hard to groom cats and if she can do those, she pretty much can groom anything! Another great thing is their prices are superb! I'm convinced that this is the best place for grooming in the city!

  Took our dog Lucy in just today. Very good service we just had to wait a day to be seen! Lucy is our maltese mix with lots of hair and she is scared and petrified of all dogs after a horrible dog attack nearly killed her over a year ago! Claudia took her in and said a few hours and I had anxiety just leaving her! When we picked her up she was well trimmed and so very calm and she smelled just wonderful as well as her coat was so smooth and soft!! Her nails trimmed nice and she looked more perfect than anyone has ever groomed her before!! It is not big and fancy but clean and a great and nice neighborhood groomer that has special skills of talking to dogs and cats! I WILL TAKE OUR LUCY TO THEM ALWAYS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! THANKS SO MUCH!!

  If you care about the quality of ❤ given to your pet then you should definetly take them to Furry Friends, Claudia is the absolute best!
  In providing top quality services at a reasonable price. I will most certainly reccommend this business to everyone and on a scale from 1 -10 10 being the very best they get a 10 !

  Furry Friends Dog and Cat Grooming is beyond FANTASTIC!!!
  
  A little bit of a back story...I went to a different groomer, located in Santee, back in January. What a mistake that was. They did an extreme disservice to my beautiful Siberian cat Gizmo's coat. Theie method to deshed a cat was to use the Furminator, which my cat absolutely HATES and is not a good method to use. They obliged with my request to not use the Furminator. Much to my disappointment they did not have another method to deshed my Gizmo. I paid 50 bucks and my cat's coat looked exactly the same as to when I dropped her off. Over the next two months my cat was getting more mats than the I ever seen before. Also she was leaving clumps of hair all over the place. Just recently she stopped grooming herself because her coat had become 50% matted. ...
