Stephen inspected a home I was considering buying in Seattle as a west-coast getaway. Did a great job. We didn't end up buying it, but he was a pro nonetheless. He really knows his stuff (which was baffling to me). So much to know about a home that I didn't even realize. He was super-duper courteous even though it was obvious he was exhausted from all of the other inspections. Great sense of humor, and he wouldn't leave until all of my questions were answered. This guy is a pro.

Stephen inspected our house for an energy audit through Community Power Works in February 2014. I've been through a few inspections as a homeowner over the years, and I was really impressed with his attention to detail while auditing our house. We are using his recommendations to make improvements to our house. I'd hire him in the future.
