Like another recent reviewer, I also had a not-exactly-pleasant experience with a local plumbing company (buzz-buzz). The irony is, I had researched Fritz's Drain Service previously, and saw all the 5-star reviews on Yelp. But after getting both an in-person bad vibe and an outrageous quote from buzz-buzz plumbing company, I realized I should have contacted Fritz to begin with. As soon as I said goodbye/no thanks to the plumbers, I called Fritz, and got a good vibe and a fair quote. Stroke of luck, I was able to make an appointment for the same day, and he himself arrived at my home within the hour. He was fair, honest, courteous, professional, efficient, cleaned up after himself, and--most importantly--my kitchen sink drain now appears to be clear (if it turns out not to be clear, he offers a 30-day guarantee). The total price I paid was over $225 cheaper than the total estimate quoted to me by buzz-buzz. I hope I never have to, but I won't hesitate to call Fritz in the future if I have another drain problem.

I had a bad experience with a different plumber (Bee's Plumbing) so did a lot more research before contacting Fritz's Drain Service. They were great! They scheduled a visit promptly and were able to get our kitchen sink drain snaked through the vent on the roof (never would have occurred to me).

They tested thoroughly afterwards, and looked at another drain for me as well.

I had an urgent plumbing problem with a leaking sump pump that Fritz helped figure out over the phone on the spot. We had never spoken before, and he was not planning to make a house call, yet he was incredibly generous with his time and spent about 15 minutes with me and another person to walk us through what to do.

He didn't ask for anything in return (like money or even a Yelp review), so I am very impressed with and thankful for his generosity and professionalism. -

I had a toilet that was semi-plugged up. I tried everything and couldn't get it to open up. So next step call a plumber. I called Fritz, he got back to me right away. He explained that he could make it out but I might try to clear it myself. He gave me a brief tutorial of how to do it over the phone. I gave it a shot and it worked. Turned out to be an apple juice packet my 2 year threw down the toilet. DOH!!

At any rate, I appreciate his helpfulness, integrity and service. I will call him again for any drain service I may need in the future.
