My mythos came back in only a month or less. I was pleasantly surprised because I thought I wouldn't get them back for awhile. It was easy to fill out their form and just send my shoes. They look like new. They are an affordable price; a tiny bit cheaper than the place in jtree and bishop. We'll see how they feel when I climb but I'm confident they'll be fine. They look great!

As of November, 2009 the friction fix was defiantly not closed because I had two shoes resoled and they did a bang up job.
